The Japanese brand Neighborhood has released two special editions of the adidas Superstar 80s shoes. Of course, they were limited and difficult to obtain. This time, Shinsuke Takizawa, the founder of the Japanese brand, had the adidas Superstar 80s silhouette in his workshop. It is a slightly slimmed and modernized version of the popular classic with a shell on the front. He referred to the classic proposal to take it to a new dimension. It mainly concerns the changes that took place in the binding area. The lacing has been completely changed and protective covers fastened with a zipper have been added around it. Additionally, the latter element is decorated with contrasting and zigzag stitching.

Important!!! Foot length and insole length.

Remember that the foot length obtained during measurement will not be identical to the insole length. Approximately 0.5 cm is usually added to the obtained result, especially if the shoes are not made of leather and will certainly not stretch.

Other rules apply when selecting sports shoes, e.g. for running or football , or trekking. Depending on their purpose, you need to add approximately 1 cm or even more to the result. After prolonged exercise, your feet swell a bit, so you should not buy tight-fitting shoes. In the case of mountain shoes, the thickness of the sock being worn is also very important.
